Position Purpose:
- To ensure that Business Units in West Africa achieves their corporate objectives and make the best use of their employees by developing, directing, managing, and maintaining an innovative work environment.
- To ensure effective use of HR strategies, practices, protocols, and procedures which are allied with BF-Suma’s objectives.

External: All staff, Registered Distributors, External Trainers

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Public Administration, Industrial Relations, Organization Phycology, or any other related field.
- 2 years of progressive experience preferably in a busy working Environment
Responsibilities
1.General Human Resource Administration
- Creation of personal files and proper keeping of them to maintain the confidentiality of the employees.
- Ensure that company’s Standard Management Procurers (SMPs) are implemented and also engage in reviewing the existing ones in case the need arises.
- Manages both employees’ attendance and leaves as may be granted by country managers.
- Participates in all recruitment processes also ensures equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotions.
- Ensure that HR forms are used correctly and staff documents are maintained properly by carrying out timely filing.
- Support new staff onboarding by ensuring the right documentation is presented on their arrival.
- Prepare and engage in different pieces of training as may be tabled following the company’s almanac.
- Use HR metrics and prepare reports on staff turnover in West region. (Leavers and Joiners)
- Ensure updated data of employees on both soft and hard copies as we a waits for HRIS.
- Answer or refer questions from employees as the first level of support in regards to communication
- Support new staff settle in and ensure performance targets are set and necessary support is given by Immediate
2.Any other duties
- Ensure that any other duty assigned by Management is executed to Management expectations
