Ceasar earned a certificate in AI & ML Systems for business decisions. He has numerous certifications in Azure from Microsoft. Ceasar learned about Cloud Infrastructure development from Oracle. Additionally, Ceasar is a certified Amazon Web Services cloud Architect. He is aware of the latest trends in the tech field, analysis is an important tool every organization must use. Ceasar will never be left behind, he went further to earn Advanced Google Analytics skills from Google. He is certified by Huawei technologies as an Information specialist.

Ceasar is an ardent volunteer always ready to make an impact, he belongs to organizations where he contributes his quota. He once worked with Kenya Editors’ Guild, a professional association, with the vision to ensure the free operation of media and journalism in Kenya. Ceasar is a young humanitarian advocate, he belongs to three organizations whose focuses are: poverty alleviation, civil and social action, and disaster and humanitarian relief.
Talking about awards, Ceasar is a multiple award winner. He emerged as one of the winners in the 2022 Science SLAM Competition organized by iiAfrica Communication. Ceasar and his team also came top in HackCorruption 2022 held in Johannesburg. “Luck is an opportunity to meet preparedness”, Ceasar is living a worthwhile life, he put in the work and got a massive result.

Ceasar Waweru is a die-hard fan of technology, he identifies the prospects in tech and tries his best to contribute to his society. He believes that technology will improve Africa’s transportation, agriculture, and healthcare industry. efficiency and safety, access to food and healthcare, socialization and productivity. He also states that the internet has helped local communities to collaborate with ideas and build big projects. Ceasar’s achievements didn’t come on a platter of gold, he had his challenges before witnessing his success story. His team almost lost the chance to participate in a hack corruption hackathon that was to be held in South Africa. Even though things seem blurry, they pushed till the end and were listed among the winners.
In the course of Ceasar’s career journey, he had experiences which served as a bedrock for making better decisions. In his previous place of work, he gave one of their big clients a timeline due to excitement. Unfortunately, he spent more than the estimated time on the project. This made the client dissatisfied. Ceasar did not beat himself to it, he learnt an important lesson which improved his deliverables in the next project. He gave the next client a longer timeline. Fortunately, he was able to deliver the work three months before the deadline. Making mistakes is not a problem, not learning from the mistake is the problem.
His Lessons from Tech
Ceasar’s experience in the tech field has availed him of a lot of valuable life lessons and career hacks. He suggests that every techie in tech needs to adopt virtual collaboration, computational thinking, social intelligence, and transdisciplinarity. Virtual collaboration allows teams to work remotely, provide feedback, and conquer challenges. Data is the new normal, computational thinking allows teams to make wise decisions from data insights. People from different ethnic groups and diverse languages have been brought together by technology, and having social intelligence is a necessity.
