Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving and resolving customer complaints via phone and WhatsApp
- Responding to email
- Scheduling appointment
- Taking customers order via WhatsApp and phone.
- Review Customers KYC verification documents
- Help new customers with their verifications
- Maintaining a friendly relationship with customers
- Calling new customers to know of any challenges they might have and resolve any issues if there is any.
- Steady updating our social media page for better publicity and awareness of our product and services
- Attending to customers that are present in our office premises
- Updating automobile repair progress via our website
- Recording every incoming and outgoing vehicle
- Showing good hospitality to customers visiting our office premises
Job Required Skills:
- You must be excellent at written and oral communication in English
- You must be a computer Literate
- You must be able to use social media excellently
- You must know how to dress great and decent
- You must have at least BSc from a reputable University in Nigeria
- You must have been through with NYSC
