Job Description
The Brand Manager serves as the front line for the Signage Kings brand, working with the team to achieve short-term targets ensuring the overall coordination of the team activities. You will lead a team of professionals to ensure the achievement of business initiatives, partnerships, goals, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities.
- Manage a cross-functional team of people.
- Establish and achieve revenue goals and develop partnerships with strategic customers.
- Play a crucial role in the overall business development and sales process.
- Responsible for implementing management goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Responsible for ensuring overall quality by progressively implementing quality management systems.
- Responsible for staff recruitments, onboarding, training, and on-going capacity development.
- Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on daily team activities.
- Responsible for resolving technical issues as well as any kind of misunderstanding between customers and the company.
- Promote the company image to be attractive to international and local clients.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on optimizing profit, ensuring operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Set short-term strategy, goals, and KPIs whilst reporting on achievements weekly.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities.
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing, advertising, and sales activities to successfully drive revenue growth across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with the management team to support a wide range of business development activities, including channel partnerships, strategy formulation, new product requirements, and new business opportunities.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Your Profile
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or similar role.
- Entrepreneurially inclined.
- Solving new problems every day
- Strong attention to details
- Flexibility and handling multiple priorities.
- Strong leader and have great people management skills
- Make pitches and presentations on short notice.
- General interest in the signage, advertising, and branding industries.
