The basic fact about Paschal Chukwuemeka Amah is that he is methodical in his approach to solving problems. Paschal was a child with great aspirations. The most interesting part of him is his desire to become a priest and due to his love for agriculture, he wanted to become a farmer as well.
As he grew older, he developed a passion for writing. Eventually, he settled for his dream career which is creating magic: he wanted to solve problems.
Paschal was born on December 16, he grew up in Enugu, he studied Philosophy at the University of Ibadan and graduated with a second class upper division, he recently obtained his Executive Masters of Business Administration at Quantic School of business and technology, he also studied computer science and engineering from University of Washington on Coursera. He loves coding hence his great interest in data science.
As we know, data is like old oxygen; the new basis of life for the organization of the future. Every organization needs an application to manage their day to day activities and interactions with their customers and Pascal ticks all the boxes. Pascal is a Data Engineer at Kobo360 with several certifications and licenses. His main data science areas are Exploratory Data Analysis(EDA), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Extract Transform Load(ETL) and data engineering. His preferred web framework is Django. He has worked with reputable industries as a lead data analyst, python developer, and IT consultant and freelancer.

He is passionate about empowering young people with tech knowledge, in his words; “I wouldn’t want to miss an opportunity to teach or co-learn beginners.” He views the future of technology in Africa as a great potential waiting to be tapped. He enjoys seeing people he has worked with building confidence and also excelling with and in tech, he described this as a great accomplishment. Two things he enjoys most in his career so far is leading the backend development and DevOps of a soon to launch Fintech solution and building a school management system from scratch in file-maker.
His favourite memory from his career is automating processes; every single code written to automate. He is a sports fan and passionate about Lionel Messi. He also likes to read, learn, collaborate, listen to music and travel. To him, his mind is his favourite travel destination.
